I was tired of my $350 Polaris Lock & Ride box with $850 worth of gear inside flying off every time I went through a rough field to get to a hunting location. I wanted a better way to secure my gear and a simple solution for mounting my own custom-made accessories.

Product Fitment

Fits any Polaris lock and ride holes that go all the way through (1" diameter by roughly 1" deep). Will not work on blind holes or UTV's.
PRODUCT INCLUDES: Simple instructions, the 2-piece aluminum product, 2 plated bolts for installation, 1 plated 3/8-16x1” bolt, 1 washer, & 1 lock washer.

Lock & Ride expansion clamp accessories aren’t designed for off roading and abuse. They vibrate loose, pull out, and fall off damaging valuable equipment.
Difficult to incorporate the Lock & Ride system into your custom DIY made / non-Polaris brand accessories often forcing people to DRILL into their atv to bolt something down.

HOW WE SOLVE IT

Made from solid aluminum, these parts aren’t expansion clamps, meaning you’re no longer relying on the friction from rubber to hold your expensive accessories down, they bolt together to lock in place and WILL NOT pull out.
Easy installation and disassembly. Hold the two parts in place, then tighten the two included bolts to lock in place. Swap your lock & ride compression fitting for a 3/8-16 bolt(also included) and BOLT your accessories down.
Still allows for quick and easy change out while guarantying to keep your accessories securely mounted to your atv no matter what terrain you’re trying to tackle. This product is easily removable and requires no drilling or disassembly of your machine to install.

Step 1

Place bottom piece in hand with smaller diameter side up.

Step 2

Slide part under the plastic rack. Center under the desired Lock & Ride hole. Push up to hold in place.

Step 3

Place top piece in the Lock & Ride hole from the top. Line up the bolt holes from the top piece with the bottom piece. Insert 8-32 bolts and start them by hand.

Step 4

Tighten 8-32 bolts.
Recommended #2 Phillips screw driver for this step to reduce risk of stripping

Step 5

Use remaining supplied hardware to fasten your accessories down.
